Bootcamp coaching students on 4 core leadership skills: communication & public speaking, people management, project management, and meeting management. Certified counselors train attendees through live practice, immediate feedback, and team activities in small groups of 8-12 people.
Hackathon helping students create their own social impact projects. Organized in teams based on social issue interests, students collaborate to identify problems, ideate solutions, and create products to tackle the social issues they care about.
Workshop developing students’ public speaking skills and confidence. ECHO stands for “Explore Confidence Hear Ourselves,” symbolizing students’ journeys to build the courage to speak confidently and celebrate their voices.
